Hall Hire

Our hall is available to hire. Hiring of the hall includes access to the kitchen. 

Booking is secured once a £30 deposit has been paid AND a booking form has been completed. 

Costs:

For Aylesham residents it is £20/hour. In addition there is a £60 returnable breakages deposit which is to be paid on the day, and will be returned if the hall is left in good order. 

Availability:

The hall is available 9.00am -9.00pm. Hire outside these hours is only with written permission of the PCC. Set-up and clear up times must be included in the hire time.

Latest finishing time for all bookings is strictly 9.00pm.

Late vacation will result in an additional payment at double the stated rate and will result in loss of breakages deposit. Non-removal of rubbish will incur an additional charge and will result in loss of breakages deposit.

Other information:

Hirers of St Peter's are to bring their own food and drink supplies (eg. tea/coffee/milk).
